So, what is Trauma Resiliency Model?  It is a body-oriented biological intervention that helps you learn to read your own nervous system (body sensations, feelings, and thoughts), so you can tell the difference between sensations of distress and well being. You will then have a choice of what to pay attention to in your body.

By learning and practicing the skills of Trauma Resiliency Model and with my aid in reprocessing the trauma, we can help to restore balance to your nervous system and in turn your life. It is possible to let go of the past, feel calm and at ease in your body, and feel connected to loved ones.
